A historic location for modern art. The main building la Grande Halle sits on a single storey, 70 metres long by 10 metres wide.
The Artothèque is the main location for the conservation of Mons heritage, serving as a setting for works of art and for activities revolving around them. Réalisé en collaboration avec IMIO.
The history of Mons through its Heritage. To achieve this, a collection of historical documents and works of art will be set out in a chronological path and will cross paths from time to time with diachronic developments illustrating the evolution of certain seminal themes in the specific history of the city of Mons and its heritage.
An exhibition space for local Mons artists. Open since September 2012, the Magasin de Papier is a contemporary exhibition space with an eclectic programme focusing primarily on local and regional art. It represents a unique opportunity for artists from Mons and the surrounding region to exhibit their work. After a period of renovation, the Magasin de Papier is delighted to welcome you back for some new exhibitions.
A place filled with history. It was here, in this modest home, that Van Gogh took the first steps in his artistic career.
